Okay, I admit, this is just a nostalgia pandering post. Cartoons are sacrosanct for nearly all American children, and lately I was thinking fondly of my favorite shows from the late ’80s and ’90s. How many of these have you seen?
P.S. I was going to write more about each of these shows, and then realized that nobody gave a shit except me. Though whatever happened to decent cartoons on Nickelodeon? I used to gleefully watch SNICK, and I even had a SNICK keychain that I got by collecting cereal box tops. I guess the whole channel began to skew towards a younger audience in the late ’90s, or else I just got older. Sigh.
